At True Vintage Guitar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in the exact condition as received and include all original documentation and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our support team within 72 hours of receiving your guitar to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring adequate padding to prevent movement during transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the item back to our workshop using a trackable carrier, ensuring the package is fully insured for the purchase price of the instrument.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the condition of the guitar, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
